		<description>Thanks for your recent article in High Country News, Serendipity in the Desert.  Living in the San Bernardino Mountains, bordered by 20 million So Californians, who at times seem to love our wilderness to death, the ATV use is clearly out of control.  The USFS does not have the human resources to manage the off road &quot;enthusiasts&quot; effectively.   
I have followed this Kane County madness for some time, and enjoyed the solitude and beauty that the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument has to offer, both on foot and bicycle.

SUWA clearly is doing its best to keep people informed and preserving Utah wilderness.  Thanks for your part and an excellent story !</description>
